Your Chance

We are expanding our team to meet growing customer demands. As a senior expert, you will act as the critical interface between our team of experienced engineers and our global clients. We offer a comprehensive training program to refine your technical and communication skills, enabling you to guide customers toward the right technical solutions and build long-term strategic relationships. We are constantly developing new products—this is a unique opportunity to develop and apply your entrepreneurial expertise.
Your Tasks
- Understand the customer’s technical challenges and lead them to the best possible solutions
- Efficiently communicate customer requirements to identify and adapt suitable products
- Collaborate with the R&D department to develop tailored customer solutions
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI requests
- Gather and document competitive, technological, and market intelligence
- Develop product-specific technical marketing campaigns
- Actively leverage and continuously expand your existing network to identify new business opportunities
- Provide strategic consultation to key accounts for complex technical system decisions
What you bring
- Degree in Engineering or Physics; a strong affinity for high-tech industries is expected
- Extensive relevant professional experience (Senior level) in drive technology, mechanical systems engineering, or material testing
- A robust industry network and deep market knowledge within the high-tech sector
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to engage with all areas of the company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
