The piezo positioner PX series can travel without any mechanical play in the x and z axes because of the solid state flexure and parallelogram construction. These piezo elements provide a much higher resolution than is possible with mechanical or electromechanical systems.
The piezo stages PX series can be easily combined with other piezoelectric modules to give positioning with all degrees of freedom (XY and tilting).
They are able to perform dynamic work.
