NV200-2/D NET Controller – Description

The NV200-2/D NET is a digital piezo controller for controlling two independent piezo actuators. Each channel can be controlled independently via the serial and Ethernet interface for local and remote operation and servicing of piezo actuators. The user can control quasistatic or dynamic stepping position applications via network access, allowing greater flexibility and use in critical environments, with over temperature protection feature.

hpower HPA 1000/10 Amplifier – Description

hpower actuators combine fast response times in µs, superior kHz dynamics, high force generation in the range of tens of kN, and nanometer precision. The HPA 1000/10 is a switching amplifier specifically designed for use with standard hpower piezo stack and ring actuators or other capacitance loads with at least 1 µF capacitance. With an output power of <4 kW and its energy recovery design, the HPA 1000/10 amplifier provides high performance in dynamic applications such as modal analysis, vibration control and material testing.

SPI Control Box

SPI Control Box – Description

The SPI Control Box is a 3-channel controller interface that is optimized for NV200/D NET amplifiers and supports up to three single- or multi-axis positioners. With real-time synchronous communication via DP Port and USB-C (Ethernet), it offers 16-bit resolution and 2 MB memory with DMA channels for fast, precise control. Operating within -40°C to +85°C, it guarantees minimal error (0.05–0.15%) and efficient integration with dedicated NV200 drivers.

With the latest release of PiSoWorks software (v.2.1.0), it enables full integration of SPI Control Box with two NV200/D NET controllers. This release introduces native support for synchronized multi-axis trajectories and enhanced data visualization for high-precision motion control.
