Your Chance
Are you a data-driven strategist who excels at balancing organic visibility with high-performance paid advertising? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (SEO & SEA) to take full ownership of our digital growth engine. You will be responsible for the strategic management of our SEO and the continuous optimization of our paid search landscape. In a team of experts, you will turn search intent into a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads.

Your Tasks
- Paid Search Management: Full responsibility for the setup, maintenance, and tracking of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead all on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to dominate search rankings in our high-tech niche.
- Lead Generation: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (webinars, whitepapers, email) to capture and nurture high-quality B2B leads.
- Multi-Platform Advertising: Evaluation and implementation of additional advertising models and platforms to expand our digital reach.
- Analytics & ROI: Comprehensive tracking and reporting of campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data.
- Conversion Excellence: Continuous optimization of landing pages and user journeys to transform traffic into measurable business opportunities.
- AI-Driven Optimization is a strong plus: Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance and automate SEO workflows, content scaling, and SEA bid management for maximum efficiency.
What you bring
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing preferably in B2B business, with a strong track record in both SEO and Performance Marketing (SEA).
- Extensive experience in maintaining and tracking Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; knowledge of other advertising platforms is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of SEO algorithms, ranking factors, and technical site audits.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, SEO suites and Marketing Automation/CRM Software (i.e: Insightly, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc).
- Experience with AI tools for marketing optimization is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
